3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan: We offer a limited free tier as described on our pricing page. Free plan features and limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Lifetime Deals: Lifetime deal purchases grant access to the Service as it exists at the time of purchase and any future updates at our discretion. Lifetime deals do not guarantee any specific feature set in perpetuity.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

  • Generated content should not be used for illegal purposes or to mislead audiences

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralScriptWriterAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
